How long does production and delivery take?

Most vanities are built and delivered within 4–6 weeks after your order. We contact you personally to schedule the delivery once your piece is ready.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within Belgium is €40. For other European countries we charge a flat €150. Your vanity arrives ready to install with pre-cut plumbing openings.

Question 3

What happens if my vanity is wider than 120 cm?

Accepted Answer

Above 120 cm, your vanity is automatically built as two identical cabinets installed side by side. You see this in the 3D configurator immediately, and the result looks and functions as one seamless piece.

Question 4

Are the materials really suitable for bathrooms?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We exclusively use moisture-resistant boards — both our chipboard and multiplex cores are rated for humid environments, and the countertop options (HPL Compact, ceramic) are fully waterproof.

Question 5

Can I supply my own tiles for the countertop?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Choose 'Your own tiles' in the configurator, tell us about them, and we fabricate the worktop around your tiles for a perfectly integrated look.

Question 6

I'm a professional — do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Select 'Professional' at checkout and fill in your company name and VAT number. We prepare your invoice and send it by email after receiving the order.

Question 7

Can I order something not available in the configurator?

Accepted Answer

Very likely. Double washbasins, mirror cabinets, special dimensions, custom colors — contact us through the form and we'll quote your custom project.

Question 8

Can I return or get a refund on my vanity?

Accepted Answer

Because every vanity and worktop is custom-made to your exact dimensions, they are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Belgian/EU law for made-to-measure goods). Please double-check your dimensions and choices before ordering — we build exactly what you configure, and we're happy to help if you're unsure.
